Welcome to my first blog ever! Better late than sorry… right? It’s all pretty new to me, so be gentile.
The purpose of this blog is to share my ideas about whatever keeps me busy. Yeah … MUSIC keeps me busy, but other things too. So, this is the right place to for me and for you to share whatever comes into our crazy minds.
Let me introduce myself
Music is my life. My first DJing gig was when I was 14. I ended up working in this incredibly rough bikey bar, playing Sixties, Seventies and Eighties music to bikers. I was nervous, I was scared and had a note from my mum letting me play! So nervous that I didn’t go to the bathroom for 7 hrs even tho they were plying me with as much cocacola as I could drink, last song of the night I couldn’t hold it any longer putting on a 14 minute track to go to the bathroom came back with 1 min to spare. Great memories!
In the meantime, I’m proud to say that I had the opportunity to work with DJs like Paul Van Dyk, Erick Morrilo, Armin van Buuren, Pete Tong, Benny Benassi, Dave Seamen and many more.
I love to entertain … and I get paid for doing that! Great deal (one might say)! I am trying to think of a time when I haven’t had fun DJing, and I can’t find one. It’s something that I absolutely enjoy and love to do!
I played all over the world, but I have to say that Dubai is my base. My first album was “Warrior” – a collection of house tracks that run the gamut from banging to politely knockingJ. The album went to number 6 on the Virgin Middle East top 20 chart. I’m guess I’m doing something rightJ. The follow up album SickAsSwans went to number 1, the first time ever by a local artist BOOM!
I hope you’ll enjoy reading my blog, and feel free to post any comments!
Love and respect to you all!
